The decision to have an alarm system installed can sometimes be a quick one or can take some time to get to understand all the possibilities. In either case, our staff is available 24 hours a day to answer questions and provide support before and after your decision to install a system.

Unfortunately there is little information made available to consumers regarding what makes up a good quality home security system. Is it equipment? Is it name brand? Is it wired or wireless? Or is it the company? Trying to navigate these and other questions can leave you with doubts about what is effective. Add in all the talk about contracts and fees, and it can make you feel like just getting a big dog as your home security system.
We are here to assist you in the process, answer any questions you may have today and into the future, and service you with our staff. This means no sub-contractors and no strangers to you or to us. Our trained, licensed, background screened professional staff will help you make the right decision to become safe, secure and protected.
Support Now and in the Future
Having a security system can take some getting used to. Like anything new there are always a few questions or challenges. We are here for you to answer, train or assist you in becoming comfortable in using your new system to its fullest capability.
After the installation of your new home security system you will be additionally protected by either our Extended Service Program (ESP) or our Service Plus Program (SPP). Extended Service Program (ESP) is included with every monitored security system and protects you for the first year (100% parts and labor) and for each year thereafter (100% for parts) for as long as you are a monitored client of ISG. Our Service Plus Program (SPP) requires a small added fee to further protect all parts and labor for as long as you are a monitored client of ISG. In addition to covering labor costs, the Service Plus Program(SPP) provides for an annual on-site inspection of your system including replacement of all batteries so you never have to worry about keeping your security system in the best condition possible to be there for you and your loved ones.
